**Disabled visitors will be required to produce appropriate ID, Blue Badge, DLA, PIP or similar. Originals, photocopies or digital photos of documentation are accepted.
***Children under 16 must be accompanied by an Adult at all times.
****Carers should provide ID from Care Home/Employer, Care Allowance Claim Letter, Metro bus pass for disabled which states “Plus One”. Carers are only eligible for the carer rate while providing care for another visitor.
Cash and all major Debit / Credit Cards accepted including mobile payment (ie Apple Pay).
Important: Reservations cannot be amended after booking. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. ON THE DAY rate is applicable to guests that have not pre-booked online prior to arrival.
